Eligibility

• Youths (up to 35 years old) who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents

• Possess strong leadership qualities, track records and passion for sustainable development in Singapore

• Able to commit to the programme

• Fully nominated or endorsed by their respective Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL)

• Currently enrolled as student in the listed IHLs on go.gov.sg/yeslp
